License Agreement

1. Scope
This agreement covers digital products purchased from the 360 CREATIONS shop, including templates, logo files, graphics, mockups and other downloadable design resources. It applies from the moment a payment is confirmed and the download is made available.
2. A limited license, not ownership
When you purchase a digital product from 360 CREATIONS, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product according to these terms. 360 CREATIONS remains the owner of the design at all times. A purchase grants you the right to use the product; it does not transfer copyright, ownership or any exclusive rights in the design to you.
3. What you may do
Under this license you may use the purchased product in personal and commercial work, including paid client projects, worldwide and without a time limit. You may modify and adapt the files to fit your project. No attribution to 360 CREATIONS is required, although it is always appreciated. No additional licence, upgrade or royalty payment is required for the uses permitted here.
4. What you may not do
You may not resell, redistribute, share, sub-license or give away the purchased files themselves, whether modified or unmodified, as a standalone design asset — for example by listing them on a template marketplace, stock library, asset bundle or download site that competes with 360 CREATIONS. You may not claim authorship or ownership of the original design, and you may not use the files in any way that is unlawful or defamatory. Using the files inside your own work, product, brand or client project is always permitted.
5. Non-exclusive sale
Shop products are non-exclusive: the license for the same file may also be granted to other customers, who receive the same rights. You do not receive any exclusivity over a design unless 360 CREATIONS explicitly agrees to it in writing. If you need an exclusive or fully bespoke design, contact 360 CREATIONS to commission custom work.
6. Trademarks and brand use
Because your rights are limited to use of the product as licensed, 360 CREATIONS makes no representation that a purchased design is suitable for trademark registration, and the license does not grant you the right to register the design as a trademark. If you intend to build a brand around a purchased design, it is your responsibility to carry out the searches or legal checks your jurisdiction requires.
7. Third-party elements
Fonts, stock photography or software required to open or edit a file may be governed by their own licences from their own providers. Those licences are not included in your purchase and must be obtained separately where applicable. Product pages state the format and software required.
8. Delivery and access
Files are delivered as digital downloads through your 360 CREATIONS customer account after payment is confirmed. Download links are time-limited and tied to your account for security, and can be regenerated at any time from the Your items section of your account.
9. Refunds
Digital products are covered by the Refund / Return Policy published on this website. Please read it before purchasing.
9.1 What a refund does to this licence
If a refund is approved and processed, your licence to use that product terminates immediately. Download access is revoked, existing download links are invalidated where technically possible, and you must delete all copies of the refunded product and stop using, distributing, modifying, sharing, reselling or publishing it. You cannot keep both the refunded payment and the product. Copyright and ownership of the original product remain with 360 CREATIONS at all times, before and after any refund.
10. No warranty
Digital products are provided as they are. 360 CREATIONS does not warrant that a product will be fit for a specific purpose, compatible with every version of every software application, or free from every possible defect. Preview images and stated formats on the product page describe what is supplied.
11. Termination
This license ends automatically if you breach these terms. If that happens, you must stop using the product and delete the files, except for work already lawfully published before the breach. 360 CREATIONS may also pursue any remedies available to it.
12. Commissioned design work
This agreement does not cover custom graphic design services. Rights, revisions and deliverables for commissioned projects are agreed directly with the client and are set out in the Terms & Conditions.
13. Changes to this agreement
360 CREATIONS may update this agreement as its products and services change. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase governs that purchase, and the latest version is always shown here with an updated date.
